Personal Grooming
also in this photo i am putting on my apron to keep all the hazards on my shirt away from the food as it carries all sorts of bacteria from anywhere not just your shirt but your clothing
as you can see in this photo i am washing my hands for a ratio of 20 seconds to be secure their is no bacteria on my hands.Having clean hands before cooking is one of the most important aspects of cooking to make sure your food is not infested with bacteria etc.and my nails are cut which ensures that their are no bacteria sneaking into my food. Hygiene is the most important quality throughout cooking
this is my final masterpiece (chinchillas) which contains chicken tortillas vegetables such as spring onion capsicum etc. and as my final presentation i added some cherry tomatoes just to fancy the whole meal.
in this photo he is cutting vegetables and as you can see his hands have been washed and his nails have been cut after visiting the toilet and no jewelry is being worn.
HABITSQQ
habits can be a massive setback in the kitchen due to scratching your ears or your hair which carries bacteria onto what you are cooking

Game Day
kia ora my name is Damien.Have you ever been in such an intense moment that one that makes you sick in the stomach.I have it was my grand final for rugby league.i was in the car with my dad and my brother.I played at 8:30 am at Canterbury park so i hadn't had enough time to make breakfast so i was eating a two dollars sixty butter chicken pie even though i knew with all these butterflies in my stomach i was going to rather have a stitch or vomit or have to use the toilet urgently.Then we had arrived.I could already smell the cow,horse and sheep poo and wet mowed grass and that hadn't helped my stomach at all i knew it was gonna be a challenge.
then my dad had told me and my brother to get out of the car while he finds a spot to park.Then he said to me and my brother don’t let him down and make him proud.All this pressure was making me sick.Then i saw my team in the distance warming up i knew sir was going to make me sit 1st half off.Me and my brother were running over to sir to apologise for being late.Then he stopped us and said(coach)Boys as much as i want to win this grand final use two are playing a full game only because our star players haven't showed up this is a huge risk and were laying in 5 minutes so get out there and train with your team.I had never felt so much pressure before i was thinking to call it and say i'm not feeling so good.
But then i had thought of what my dad said to me not to let him down.So i keep that in my head.Then the ref came over to talk to the captains and i and the team were huddling talking about our game plan and i was feeling excited along with an adrenaline rush.Then the ref came over to us checking our boots and mouth guards.Then we ran in a line to the middle of the well Xavier lead the prayer.Dear god please give us the strength agility and strategy today to give us the win and impress and not let down our supporters in the lord's name amen.Linwood on three one two three Linwood!
The whistle blew and i kicked the ball off.The supporters watched how the back sailed to the opposite team.Then they caught the ball and ran with power.He was like a sherman tank dashing down the field.Then the first tackle was made and it was a powerful tackle to.So powerful that it made them lose the ball and and the ref called it a knock on.Touch Bind Set! the fords had done well there to collect the ball.And the ball was out our halfback had skipped two passes and threw it to me on wing.Then the ball was swerving to me and the voice in my head was my dad telling me not to let let him down.i had caught the ball and dashing to the try line.I had looked behind me and they were on my tail i was 5 steps away and the defender dived on my back and i fell on the try line.As my team were handshaking me and cheering me on the ref had blown his whistle twice.So we looked back at him and he called it a knock.as mad as i was i had just let it slide.But then i wasn't nervous anymore because i had proved everyone that i am capable of scoring a try.Then i came to second half and we were down by unconverted try and our star players had shown up and coach took me off the field and put me on bench.It is the 79th minute of the game and we just need a converted try.then the opposite team thought had known that we had a star player.so they put their biggest toughest player on the next play.As the player was running he saw our star player and hit him back to the stone age.Our star player came off and i was the only one on the bench.I could see the look on his face that he really didn't want me to go on but he really wanted to win the final aswell.He called me up and said to me go out there and make history.As i ran on the field i heard all the supporters booing.(ref)Resume game the ball rolled in the middle of the scrum and the ball came out.The ball was thrown to me angry mums and dads said pass the ball!! but i remembered sir saying make history.I dummied the ball and dived over the line.Id give anything to see the look on all the supporters faces.There was no one to convert the try so it was upto me.as i lined the ball up i heard my dad say that's my son.That made me as happy as a new mum.So i kicked it it was a kick that made you smiled even when you have never of one.My mates jumped on me cheering me on.Sir came to me and said you actually don't it you made history.So hopefully you will stay around i don't know i said.Maybe i'll just go to where the wind takes me.We got in the car and dad said i'm proud of you son i felt unstoppable.
right then i knew my dad was proud of me and that's all i had wanted to accomplish.
And also the fact that how my team didn't have much faith in me and i proved myself.
i learnt that putting yourself to the challenge and putting it all in and focusing on yourself gets rid of all the fear it really was a big risk.
