also in this photo i am putting on my apron to keep all the hazards on my shirt away from the food as it carries all sorts of bacteria from anywhere not just your shirt but your clothing

as you can see in this photo i am washing my hands for a ratio of 20 seconds to be secure their is no bacteria on my hands.Having clean hands before cooking is one of the most important aspects of cooking to make sure your food is not infested with bacteria etc.and my nails are cut which ensures that their are no bacteria sneaking into my food. Hygiene is the most important quality throughout cooking
this is my final masterpiece (chinchillas) which contains chicken tortillas vegetables such as spring onion capsicum etc. and as my final presentation i added some cherry tomatoes just to fancy the whole meal.









in this photo he is cutting vegetables and as you can see his hands have been washed and his nails have been cut after visiting the toilet and no jewelry is being worn.






HABITSQQ
habits can be a massive setback in the kitchen due to scratching your ears or your hair which carries bacteria onto what you are cooking
